Customers calling for technical support are directed to a team of trained software support technicians. The FastPic software support technician will diagnose the problem and assist the user in quickly correcting it, minimizing system downtime.
FastPic Systems provides all users with complete technical product support during normal business hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, as a part of the software licensing agreement.
Optional emergency 24/7 support is available for customers with mission critical operations that can not afford to have their system down for any length of time. All after hours calls for technical support are handled by a national call center. The call center dispatches a FastPic software technician, who will assist the customer in getting back up and fully operational in the shortest time possible.
