Experian Marketing Services' Service Delivery Organization Achieves ISO 9001:2000 Certification

SCHAUMBURG, Ill. and ANN ARBOR, Mich., May 23 / / -- Experian Marketing Services, a leading provider of multi-channel, information-based solutions, today announced that all of its North American Service Delivery operations have achieved the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2000 certification from NSF International Strategic Registrations, Ltd. (NSF-ISR).

Used by leading companies around the world, the ISO 9001:2000 standard provides a universal baseline for quality management. Certification to the standard is awarded after an in-depth audit of business methodology, products and processes has been performed. NSF-ISR, a world leader in management systems registrations, conducted the third-party certification audit for Experian Marketing Services.

Experian's Service Delivery organization achieved certification in just nine months -- three months faster than the national average. The organization, which focuses on providing and ensuring satisfaction for the database marketing services and solutions used by Experian's clients, now joins a select group of ISO 9001:2000 certified businesses that are service-oriented. Achieving this leadership position in the service sector reinforces Experian Marketing Services' commitment to meeting or exceeding client expectations by establishing an intentional, consistent and proven quality management system.
