EMX Receives L3 President's Club Award for CY 2009

Melbourne, FL., May, 2010 - At an Awards Dinner on 17 May 2010, Mr. Russ Camacho, of L3Communications Infrared Products Division presented Mr. Tim Arion, CEO of EMX Inc., with the prestigious 'President's Club' Award for outstanding performance as an L3 Communications Infrared Products Division OEM for the calendar year 2009.
In receiving the award, EMX CEO Tim Arion said: "EMX has been an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the infrared product line since 1998. Historically, our OEM relationship goes back to the days when the Infrared Products Division belonged to Texas Instruments (TI).
TI subsequently sold the division to Raytheon and Raytheon subsequently sold the division to L3. The L3 infrared modules purchased by EMX for integration into EMX thermal infrared products, have been the core of our business for over 12 years. We look forward to the continued relationship with L3 as L3 continues to make exciting advancements in infrared technology for both the military and commercial markets."
