Elemental LED, LLC Joins Philips' LED Luminaires Licensing Program
The License Agreement will allow the LED Lighting Retailer to Extend Reach and Engineering of New Products.
San Francisco, CA - September 6, 2011 - Elemental LED, a privately held San Francisco Bay Area-based lighting company have signed a license agreement with Royal Philips Electronics, granting Elemental LED access to a portfolio of patents related to LED lighting systems and controls as part of the Philips' LED Luminaires Licensing Program.
"Elemental LED is a front runner in value engineering and bringing innovative new LED lighting based products to the market. This licensing agreement with Philips will broaden our access to established intellectual property and establish a solid baseline for new products," says Matthew John, Director of Business Development at Elemental LED.

The department has several other new products in the works it plans to unveil in the coming months.
