Elbit Systems Completes the Acquisition of the Cyber and Intelligence Division of NICE Systems

HAIFA, Israel - Elbit Systems Ltd. ("Elbit Systems") (NASDAQ and TASE: ESLT), announced today, further to its announcement of May 21 2015, that it completed the acquisition of the Cyber and Intelligence division of NICE Systems.
NICE Cyber and Intelligence division was acquired by CYBERBIT™ Ltd. ("CYBERBIT"), Elbit Systems' wholly-owned subsidiary, recently established in order to consolidate Elbit Systems' activities relating to the Cyber Intelligence and Cyber Security markets.
