Einar Voldner Joins ARM International Staff


Oak Brook, IL - ARM International is pleased to announce that Einar Voldner has joined the staff as a part-time Membership Development Consultant as of October 17, 2005. He will be working closely with the Membership Development Committee Chairman George Winter, the committee and the ARM International staff to drive a renewed effort to increase membership in North America.

Voldner has been a long time member of the Association having attended his first ARM International meeting in 1984. He has been a regular meeting attendee every since. Over the years, he has shared his knowledge of the industry with other members through numerous presentations and workshops at ARM International annual meetings.

For four years, he has served as a member on the Association's Forums and Programs Committee. He also participated on the Environmental Information Committee for five years, two of which he served as chairman. From 1994 to 1995 he served as a co-chair on a special committee for the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), which studied the potential effects of their regulations on the rotomolding industry. He recently served as a member on the Ad Hoc Permeation Committee.

In 2003, ARM International honored Voldner with the Charles D. Frederick Distinguished Service Award.

Voldner started in the rotational molding industry in 1981 with DuPont Canada. Since then, he has been a strong supporter of the industry. He recently retired as president of Synergy Polymers Inc. in Milton, Ontario, Canada.
