EdgeCAM to be Showcased in Machine Tool Booths at IMTS 2006

Southfield, MICHIGAN, August 2006 - In addition to being demonstrated in Pathtrace's own booth (D-3110), toolpaths created using EdgeCAM will be used at the IMTS Show (September 9 - 16, 2006) by several Machine Tool Partners.

These include Doosan Daewoo (Booth A-8131); Toyoda Machinery (Booth A-8018); Hyundai-Kia Machine (Booth A-8735); and Romi Machine Tools (Booth A-8343).

Globally, Pathtrace works with a growing number of machine tool partners, in applications ranging from Mold and Die, to advanced Mill-Turn Machining.

By working closely with machine tool manufacturers, Pathtrace can better support the capabilities of the machine, and ensure that postprocessors and models for toolpath simulation are accurate and reliable.

With a complete range of 2-5 Axis milling strategies, turning and mill/turn capability, state-of-the-art machine tool simulation combined with seamless CAD/CAM integration and sophisticated automation tools, EdgeCAM is the only CAM system you'll ever need.
