Dynamic Instruments Receives Federal Government General Services Award Contract

CONTRACT LETS LOCAL AND STATE GOVERNMENT AGENCIES FAST TRACK PURCHASES
AND OBTAIN GSA PRICING

SAN DIEGO, CA - June 6, 2007 -- Dynamic Instruments, a leading manufacturer of voice recording systems and related software tools for performance improvement and liability protection, announced today it received a Federal Government General Services Award contract for its line of voice recorders.

The Federal Government General Services Award contract (GSA contract number: GS-03F-0023T, Schedule 58 I) allows federal, and in some circumstances, state, and local government agencies to purchase voice recorders and related software manufactured by Dynamic Instruments under a pre-negotiated contract, eliminating the need to go out for bid. In some cases, the award also allows state and local agencies to purchase voice recorders made by Dynamic Instruments at GSA pricing.

"The Federal Government General Services Award contract is an excellent way for federal agencies, as well as some state and local agencies to fast track mission-critical voice recording initiatives. In an era where quick and accurate response to a crisis situation is essential, reliable and easy-to-use voice recording technology is critical. The GSA contract greatly simplifies the process for acquiring it," said Rob Swette, vice president of Dynamic Instruments.

Dynamic Instruments also recently modified its contract to include The State and Local Recovery Purchase Program per the request of the General Services Administration (GSA).
This request falls under the umbrella of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, which helps state and local governments acquire goods and services that facilitate recovery from terrorism, or nuclear, biological, chemical, or radiological attack.

Voice recording technology is ideally suited for government and military applications for security, dispatch operations, first responders, and hospitals, among others. Dynamic Instruments' voice recorders are commonly found in The Department of Homeland Security, DOD, and numerous public safety organizations.

"With continued heightened security concerns, Dynamic Instruments' products can help local and state governmental agencies better respond to crisis situations. The Federal Government General Services Award we received will let a greater number of organizations acquire our technology, which better protects the safety and security of the American public," added Mr. Swette.
