In addition to serving as a government advisor for foreign investments, he created the Sequelnet/Infocom network in 1995; co-developed eMAXX, a fixed-income information service now owned by Lipper, a Reuters company; and was co-founder of a major call center catering to US, UK and Australian firms. He holds advanced degrees in computer science, and an MSE in technology management from Penn Engineering and the Wharton School.
