Disc-Lock Exhibits Latest Technology at the 8th Annual Light Armored Vehicles & Stryker Summit

Culver City, Calif. - December 07, 2009 - DISC-LOCK International recently attended and exhibited at the 8th Annual Light Armored Vehicles & Stryker Summit in Vienna, Virginia.

DISC-LOCK demonstrated the latest state-of-the-art, vibration-proof line of fastening solutions for the military, including the DISC-LOCK Armor Fastening System (consisting of a Heavy Hex DISC-LOCK Nut and a Tension Control Bolt) which is an easy to install, vibration resistant fastening system used to secure military vehicle armor.

"This conference is of special value because we get to meet people like Major Henry Kayser, the Operations Officer for Light Armored Vehicles," said Alistair McKinlay, Chairman of DISC-LOCK International. "Contacts like Major Kayser add to our understanding of how DISC-LOCK products can bring solutions to military equipment," added McKinlay.

"Meeting with other industry specialists at this conference often produces new partnerships such as GARD Specialists Co., Inc. and their GARDSERT (TM) technology, which we will begin using at DISC-LOCK," said Greg White, Vice President of DISC-LOCK International.
