Digi-Key Corporation and Magnasphere Corporation Announce Worldwide Distribution Agreement
Waukesha, Wisc. and Thief River Falls, Minn. - December 5, 2007 - Digi-Key Corporation and Magnasphere Corporation announced today the signing of a global distribution agreement.
Magnasphere Corporation is a provider of magnetic sensor technology to the security and industrial markets. Magnasphere's patented, award-winning technology has established new industry standards for high security switch performance and ferrous proximity sensing, providing an affordable and effective alternative to reed switch and other magnetic and inductive sensor technologies.
