DeviceVM to present at Dow Jones VentureOne Summit

SAN JOSE, Calif., Feb. 20 / -- DeviceVM, the award-winning developer of Splashtop(TM), today announced that Dow Jones selected DeviceVM as one of the top 50 "Companies to Watch in 2008." Dow Jones VentureSource, the leading provider of finance and investment data to the venture capital industry, selects winners who display true business momentum and industry leadership potential from hundreds of companies across different industries.

"After winning awards from consumer publications like PC World, receiving this award from Dow Jones adds support to our vision of the future of computing," says Mark Lee, CEO of DeviceVM. "Consumers want a faster and easier computing experience, and the financial community sees the broad potential of Splashtop."

In addition to the award, DeviceVM was asked to present at the Dow Jones VentureOne Summit in Redwood City on February 26-27. The event connects industry analysts, venture capitalists, investment bankers, CEOs, and top dealmakers with a focus on the future of the venture industry.

DeviceVM's marketplace presence continues to grow after a strong showing at CES with launch partner ASUS, who has since added two additional Splashtop- enabled motherboards to their lineup. DeviceVM works with a wide range of OEMs and system vendors to incorporate Splashtop rapid-start technology into computers.

Splashtop enables users to read e-mail, chat with friends, or surf the Web seconds after turning on their PC. The company plans to have numerous Splashtop-enabled motherboards, desktops, and laptops available internationally in 2008.

After the VentureOne Summit, DeviceVM will participate at CeBIT, March 4-9, in Hannover, Germany. The company's booth is located at Hall 26, D39.
