Despatch Industries Secures Multiple Orders at the JEC Composites Show in Paris


Minneapolis, Minn., U.S.A. - April 12, 2011 - Despatch Industries, the leader in thermal process technologies for carbon fiber production, announces that the company secured multiple orders at the JEC Composites Show which took place in Paris, France at the end of March. Despatch received orders for pilot-scale and R&D oxidation ovens from a leading carbon fiber manufacturer. Despatch also received an order for a fully integrated, pilot-scale carbon fiber manufacturing line from Australia's Deakin University and the Victorian Center for Advanced Materials Manufacturing (VCAMM). The pilot line will be installed at the new Australian Carbon Fiber Research Facility (ACFRF). The ACFRF is currently under construction at Deakin University's Waurn Ponds Campus in Geelong, Victoria.
