DealerTrack to Host Second Annual Innovation Conference

Networking and Educational Event to be held September 17-18 to Showcase the Latest Dealership Technology Trends and Best Practices

LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y., July 16 /-- DealerTrack, Inc., a subsidiary of DealerTrack Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:TRAK), today announced plans for its second annual DealerTrack Innovation Conference for dealership general managers, financing source executives, and other automotive retail industry providers. The two-day networking and educational conference will be held September 17-18, 2007, at the Paris Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

With a unique format that combines networking opportunities with educational sessions presented by leading industry experts, the participants will learn how to better use technology to increase revenues and profitability. Dealership general managers attending from around the country will have the opportunity to hear real-world case studies and share best practices with their peers, while other sessions will be geared specifically to financing sources and other industry partners.

"The success of last year's conference was a testament to the demand in our industry for this type of forum," said Mark O'Neil, chairman and chief executive officer of DealerTrack. "The DealerTrack Innovation Conference brings together dealers and lenders from around the country in a non- competitive format to exchange ideas that are beneficial to the entire industry."

On September 17, attendees will have their choice of participating in one of two networking events: a golf tournament at Paiute Golf Resort, or a Texas Hold'em poker tournament at the Paris Hotel & Casino. That evening, conference attendees will enjoy an exclusive welcome reception featuring Jay Leno at PURE Nightclub in Caesar's Palace.

The second day of the conference will feature keynote presentations delivered by Matthew May, industry advisor and author of The Elegant Solution: Toyota's Formula for Mastering Innovation, and Josh "Chop" Towbin, host of the "King of Cars" television show and owner of Towbin Dodge, Las Vegas.

Interactive breakout sessions throughout the day will be geared toward dealers, financing sources and other industry innovators. Sessions will address various topics such as open dealer management systems, innovative lead generation, maximizing aftermarket sales, inventory best practices, digital contracting, utilizing online auctions, and subprime opportunities.

Discounted admission to the DealerTrack Innovation Conference is available for attendees who register by July 31, 2007. Attendees registering for both the Innovation Conference and the F&I Conference by the July 31, 2007 deadline will receive discounted admission to both events.
