Cybernet Announces New Distributor Partnerships

The All-in-One PC Manufacturer Expands Their Distribution Network

IRVINE, CA. December 1, 2010. Cybernet, the pioneer in all-in-one PC technology, has finalized strategic partnership agreements with three industry-leading technology distributors. These partnerships will serve to expand Cybernet's sales channels and provide more options for their resellers. The three distributors are Synnex, Ingram Micro, and CDW.

Since 1996, Cybernet has been designing and producing all-in-one PCs that are contained within a keyboard or LCD monitor. They also manufacture medical all in one computers, and fanless industrial PCs. Cybernet's mini PCs are customized in accordance with specifications unique to their customers' industry and business operations. Cybernet is focused on four main vertical markets: health care, banking, government and education.

Cybernet's primary sales focus has been on selling direct to customers and resellers via an in-house sales team, and occasionally using indirect sales channels such as distributors. In 2010, Cybernet made the decision to expand their distribution network in order to offer their resellers more choices. They sought partnership agreements with the big three distributors whom might offer the best pricing and service, consistent with Cybernet's own standards for customer satisfaction and personalized service. Partnership agreements are currently in place with Synnex, Ingram Micro, and CDW. Cybernet's resellers are now offered that choice. As part of this new distribution plan, Cybernet will continue to sell directly to corporate enterprise customers, but they will also be offered the option of dealing with CDW, who also sells directly to customers.

Even if resellers purchase Cybernet's products through one of the distributors, however, Cybernet still provides the tech support to the end user customers for all of their products. Cybernet's tech support is U.S.-based, and they have a reputation for fast, efficient service and even an option for loaner units while the product is being repaired.

Says Cybernet Senior Vice-President Ali A. Bagheri, "Expanding our distribution network is the right thing to do for our growing reseller base, and moves us toward our long-term goal of expanding our reach within the vertical markets we currently serve. It helps us serve our resellers better, and they benefit from having more pricing options. As part of this business model, however, we still insist on providing the tech support to our resellers' customers. We stand behind our products' quality and reliability, and we do what it takes to keep end users' operations running smoothly."
