Customer Satisfaction Survey Results


Grayling Industries, an industry leader in flexible industrial packaging and environmental safety technology, has completed their annual customer satisfaction survey with impressive results for the seventh consecutive year.

The company surveys their customers each October to collect feedback on their performance over the previous year. The survey consists of nine questions and touches on every aspect of company performance; from on-time-delivery and product quality to customer service and industry knowledge. The responses are registered on a scale of one to five, one indicating poor performance and five indicating excellence.

Ben Greene, Marketing Manager for Grayling, says "I am humbled and very gratified by the all time high scores we received this year". Since 2003 the company has reported an overall satisfaction score of four or higher on the one to five scale, but this year, the Overall Impression score was a record high of 4.52, up from 4.15 from 2008.

The highest scores received were on the questions concerning Customer Service and Industry Knowledge.
