CS800 Wire Cut and Strip Machine Performs Full and Partial Strips
The CS800 Wire Cut and Strip from The Eraser Company is a fully programmable, fully electric bench top wire cutter and stripper. The unit accurately measures, cuts, strips and counts a wide range of wire types and sizes ranging from 30 to 10 AWG. Depending on the material, the CS800 can perform either full or partial strips. The user friendly micro-processor based programming prompts the operator through each step of the operating parameters. Frequently run applications can be quickly stored and retrieved from its 67 batch locations. A bushing set is required for operation and is dependent on the OD size of the material. The CS800 can be paired with Eraser's WS1 Wire Straightener, which allows for pre-straightening of the wire before cutting operations. The machine can also be paired with one of Eraser's dereeling systems to further improve accuracy and productivity. The CS800 is the perfect production tool for complete automation.Â
