Crescent Industries Upgrades ISO Certification and Achieves ISO 13485 Certification
In 2009 Crescent Industries, In New Freedom, PA, has upgraded to ISO 9001: 2008 and achieved ISO 13485: 2003 certification for all facilities. Obtaining ISO 13485 Certification provides us the ability to compare successfully in the medical market.
Our quality department uses modern equipment and is staffed 24/7 under the supervision of our Quality Manager and Quality Engineer. The Crescent Team is committed to understanding our customers' quality requirements early, to prevent problems before they arise.
To ensure our staff accomplishes the quality our customers expect, we utilize SPC to make real time resolutions. We also operate automated equipment for measurements and data acquisition, therefore taking the human element out of the equation and supplying accurate and reliable data every time.
Crescent will work with you to achieve optimal quality from design through final production by offering Product Realization Process, Design of Equipment, FEMA, Complete Process Validation, Capabilities Study and an electronic ERP system in which quality inspection integrates impeccably. Through the system, we excel in developing custom quality control protocols as well as achieving dock-to-stock status with many of our customers.
Additional quality certifications include ISO 7 Clean Room, ISO 8 Clean Room, ITAR registered, Cage Code 4A8G2, AS9100 & QS9000 compliant, and meet PPAP, FMEA, APQP, DHR, and AS9102 documentation requirements.
