CRC Industries and NAPA Auto Parts Partner to Support Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund

  • CRC will donate a portion of the proceeds from products sold in July and October 2021

Horsham, PA – CRC Industries, Inc., a leading global manufacturer of specialty products and formulations for maintenance and repair professionals and do-it-yourselfers, is continuing its fundraising partnership with NAPA Auto Parts for the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund (IFHF), a not-for-profit organization that supports United States military personnel who are suffering from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Post-Traumatic Stress (PTS).

Throughout the months of July and October 2021, a portion of CRC products sales at participating NAPA AUTO PARTS stores will be donated to the IFHF. During these months, select CRC products will be eligible for the fundraising effort, including BRAKLEEN, the #1 selling brake parts cleaner worldwide.

IFHF builds critically-needed centers for treating United States military personnel suffering the effects of traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress. CRC Industries has partnered with NAPA Auto Parts to support the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund since 2018. To date, CRC has raised nearly $650,000 to help support military members and their families.

Perry Cozzone, CRC Industries CEO, noted that support of the IFHF is of great personal importance. “CRC is very proud to partner with NAPA in support of the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund,” stated Cozzone. “My father is a WWII hero, my brothers served in the Korean and Vietnam Wars, and many of our CRC family are veterans or have family members who served and sacrificed much for many. The Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund and the healing support they provide really hits close to home. We are proud to offer this financial contribution to honor the sacrifices made by the men, women and their families who serve our great country every day.”

“2021 marks the tenth year that NAPA has provided financial support to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund,” added Jason Rainey, Vice President of NAPA AutoCare. “NAPA counts many active duty and retired military among its employees and customers, and we are proud to show our support for the sacrifices that they and their families have made to our great nation.”

“We are extremely thankful for the continued support of CRC Industries and NAPA as we work to build our final two Intrepid Spirit Centers,” said Arnold Fisher, Honorary Chairman of the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund. “Because of organizations like these, we are another step closer to completing our mission of building Intrepid Spirit Centers around the United States.”

About Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund (IFHF)

The Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund (IFHF) serves United States military personnel experiencing the Invisible Wounds of War: Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Post-Traumatic Stress (PTS), the signature wounds of today’s wars. In response to this critical need, IFHF is building specially designed treatment facilities, named Intrepid Spirit Centers, at military bases across the country. Within these centers, service members receive the most advanced and proven care to address the complex symptoms of TBI and PTS. More than 90% of service members treated at the Intrepid Spirit Centers are able to continue on Active Duty and enjoy a full life. Eight Intrepid Spirit Centers have been built and are open at military bases around the country. Two more of these critically-needed facilities remain to be built. Each new Intrepid Spirit Center will provide care to thousands of service members suffering the devastating effects of TBI and PTS. Each center costs between $12-13 million to build and equip.
