Coverity Announces UK Subsidiary

SAN FRANCISCO and OXFORD, England, July 24/- Expands to Serve European Software Developer Community
Coverity, Inc., providers of the most advanced and scalable source code analysis solution for C/C++ and Java, today announced that the company has established Coverity Limited, its new subsidiary headquartered in the UK. The Oxford office will serve as Coverity's European headquarters, which will market and support the full range of Coverity products, including Prevent SQS, Extend and Prevent Desktop for Eclipse, as well as the new Coverity Structure 101 products for Java and C/C++. Coverity's source code analysis products identify the critical software defects that lead to system crashes, performance degradation and security vulnerabilities. The speed and high precision of Coverity's analysis tools enable software developers to quickly repair complex software defects. Structure 101 combines structural analysis technology and reverse engineering techniques from Headway with Coverity's Software DNA map, and automatically generates high-precision diagrams of the software architecture and its dependencies within Java and C/C++ structures.
