Convergys Forms Alliance and Takes Financial Position in Ceon Corporation to Offer Product Lifecycle Management


(Cincinnati and Redwood City, California; January 24 2008) - Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in relationship management, announced today it has formed a strategic alliance with Ceon Corporation, a leading provider of product lifecycle management and fulfillment software for dynamic and bundled communications product offerings, to provide a comprehensive Enterprise Product Management (EPM) solution.

Convergys has also made a financial investment in Ceon, and jointly the two companies will drive a committed roadmap and an integrated product and solution set.

The new alliance begins with Convergys enhancing its Infinys® Business Support System (BSS) with additional product management capabilities by incorporating Ceon's breakthrough Product Control Center (PCC) application.
