TEXAS CUSTOM CHEMICAL MANUFACTURER CHOOSES CONTINENTAL CHEMICAL USA AS ITS EXCLUSIVE WORLDWIDE DISTRIBUTOR
Fort Lauderdale - July 13, 2009 - Don Ascione, President and Chief Executive Officer of Continental Chemical USA (CCUSA) announced today that CCUSA has signed an exclusive sales representation agreement with Fossil Chemicals, LLC. This agreement entitles CCUSA to all international marketing rights and sales responsibilities for Fossil Chemical's full line of custom blended chemicals used in the oil and gas industry.
CCUSA was selected by Fossil from a long list of distributors because of CCUSA's distinguished record of the sales and marketing of specialty chemicals to the energy producing industries. Since 1985, CCUSA has been well known worldwide for its distribution of standard and custom blended chemicals to the industrial and commercial industries.
From its manufacturing facility near Dallas, TX, Fossil manufactures a wide array of chemicals designed for use in the oil and gas industry. These products include frac fluids, chemicals for clay control, bacteria control and a "ground breaking" KCL liquid alternative.
