Construction on New ABC Facility Complete!
Construction of our 50,000 square foot new facility is complete. We have everything you need to complete your project on time and within your budget. Our general information & capabilities are as follows:
o An additional 40,000 sq ft fabrication space with 10,000 sq ft of office space
o 30 ft under the hook & up to 20-ton capacity
o State-of-the-art FAT utilities including: Oil free compressed air (supplied via S/S supply system built by ABC), RO/DI water, Clean Steam, Nitrogen, Helium, Argon (supplied via S/S electroploished supply system built by ABC), 3500 Amp, 3 phase service, 200KW back up generator to handle entire office and manufacturing lighting
o State-of-the-art equipment including: material handling equipment (bridge cranes up through 20-ton capacity each), welding equipment (gas tungsten arc & gas metal, orbital, welding and grinding positioners/manipulators, power turning rolls) polishing equipment (automated polishing equipment for ID/OD Pipe and Cylinders), forming and cutting equipment (straight & circle shearing, 75 ton press, hydraulic tube bender, press break, rolls that are grounded and polished to inhibit plate impregnation and CNC controlled to allow for exact duplicates) and testing and inspection equipment (borescopes, portable ultrasonic test units, ferritscope, surface profilometers, liquid penetrant testing equipment, portabel CMM, linear measurement tools and guages, dedicated customer FAT utilities)
o Dedicated FAT conference rooms with video conferencing & internet access
o Secure loading area for truck shipments
o Code/Certification Capabilities: ASME, section VIII-Division 1, NBIC Repairs/Alterations, PED, CRN, 3A, GMP, ASME BPE, MOM
o Materials including: stainless steel, nickel alloys, inconel and hastelloy
o Increased capacity and expanded capabilities for tanks and large assemblies which would include: CIP tanks, large tank skids, depth filter skids, WFI skids, bio-reactor vessels, tempering skids, fermenter vessels and bio-waste decontamination skids
