Forum to focus on utilization and adoption of key eBusiness technologies

Rosslyn, VA- May 23, 2006 - IDEA, an industry owned eCommerce service provider, today unveiled the list of speakers and topics for the fifth annual Electro E-Biz Forum 2006. The E-Biz Forum has become a gathering place for electrical industry business leaders to discuss, debate and learn about the most important technologies and strategies that are driving supply chain best practices. The event is also co-hosted by the National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED); the Electro-Federation Canada (EFC); the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA); and the National Electrical Manufacturers Representatives Association (NEMRA).

This year's theme, "Connect - Collaborate - Capitalize," will focus on the services, applications, businesses, and models that are reshaping the industry and creating opportunities for manufacturers and distributors to drive up sales through technology. The Forum will be held on September 26-28, 2006 at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach, Long Beach, California.

The Electro E-Biz Forum is tailored to provide executives and business managers, product managers, sales and marketing and e-Commerce managers an opportunity to surround themselves with leading business experts and the industry's leading e-Commerce technology. Attendees also have an opportunity to network and assess trends with industry peers.

The E-Biz Forum will also feature the Tech Center, which debuted last year to positive reviews. Those with the most visits will be eligible for one of three prizes that will be given away at the Forum.
