Command Information Presents Critical Agile Implementation Strategies at Agile 2007

Company Introduces "Agile at the Enterprise"

HERNDON, Va., Aug. 13 / -- Command Information CommandInformation.com), the company that acquired leading agile software development company Digital Focus in February 2006, will discuss and release its latest white paper - "Agile at the Enterprise" - this week at the Agile 2007 conference in Washington, DC. Command's agile experts will be at booth #27 to answer questions and discuss recent agile trends and innovations. In addition, agile experts from the company will be featured on panels at the conference providing insight on individual agile projects and the business process changes organizations should implement for successful agile adoption.

Agile software development, once regarded as a radical development approach resigned for specialized projects and small organizations, is now reaching mainstream adoption in sizeable organizations, including Fortune 100 companies. Today, as leadership outside of IT learns of the benefits associated with agile, it is being embraced across multiple projects among larger and larger organizations.

"These larger agile implementations have identified common roadblocks and challenges to the enterprise adoption of agile and Command Information has developed an 'Enterprise Agile Framework' to address these slowdowns," said Jeff Nielsen, chief agile officer of Command Information. "In order to really take advantage of agile methods across the enterprise, business process changes need to be made across key functional groups outside of IT."

Command Information is a Platinum sponsor of Agile 2007 and will participate in Discovery Sessions, Experience Reports and an interactive Vendor Talk that explores the key findings of the white papers. Commands presentations include:
