Comcast Unveils New Business Services Support Center


Center in Centennial Provides Support for Comcast's Business Customers Nationally and Adds Local Jobs Announced Earlier This Year

WHO: Colorado Comcast employees; Randy Pye, Mayor of Centennial;
and Tom Clark, Executive Vice President of the Metro Economic
Development Corporation and the Denver Metro Chamber of
Commerce.

WHAT: The opening of Comcast's new Business Services Support Center
-- a national customer service facility providing support to
business customers using Comcast Workplace High-Speed
Internet, Workplace TV and Workplace Digital Voice as it
launches. By the end of 2007, the Centennial center will
house more than 200 locally-hired Technical Support
Representatives.

WHEN/WHERE: 7150 South Fulton Street, Centennial, CO 80111

Press conference starts at 10:00 a.m., and will be followed
by an employee unveiling ceremony at 10:30 a.m.

WHY: A major addition to the local economy, the Business Services
Support Center employees fill a portion of the 500 Colorado
jobs announced by the company last year. Comcast built the
new center to keep pace with ever-growing customer demand for
business products such as their High-Speed Internet, video
and Digital Voice phone service.
