Comarco to Discuss TD-SCDMA Support at ITU

Comarco Wireless Test Solutions is scheduling briefings for press and analysts at ITU Telecom World 2006 in Hong Kong December 4-8, 2006 to discuss its support for the emerging TD-SCDMA standard currently being deployed in China.

Comarco executive Mark Chapman, senior vice president and general manager, will be available for briefings throughout the conference (Stand #9031).

Comarco recently announced that it is extending its popular Prizm Scanning Receiver System to support TD-SCDMA. The Prizm System is an advanced scanning receiver used by cellular carriers to deploy, monitor and troubleshoot cellular networks that conform to the TD-SCDMA 3G standard. TD-SCDMA (Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access) is an advanced 3G mobile telecommunications standard being pursued in the People's Republic of China by the Chinese Academy of Telecommunications Technology and which is supported by Datang and Siemens AG.

Comarco Wireless Test Solutions' Seven.Five family of products provides operators with the ability to measure QoS from the perspective of the wireless subscriber while providing the root cause for any QoS problems.

The ability to analyze and find solutions to problems in their networks is crucial to Comarco's customers' ability to provide quality cellular service.
