CLARK Material Handling Company Announces Sale of Shares to Chief Executive Officer


Lexington, KY - January 16, 2008 - CLARK Material Handling Company announced today that it has sold an equity interest in CLARK Material Handling Company to Mr. Dennis J. Lawrence, President and C.E.O of the Lexington, KY based company. With this purchase Mr. Lawrence becomes the single largest individual owner of CLARK stock.
