Christian Schraft at Lighttech/Light-Sources
Light-Sources Inc. is proud to announce and welcome Mr. Christian Schraft as the Company’s new Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Schraft will be responsible for leading the LightTech/Light-Sources group to further growth and technological innovation in the coming years.
Christian Schraft will be replacing current LightTech/Light Sources founder, owner and CEO Christian Sauska. Remarking on the change in management Mr. Sauska stated “We are fortunate to have someone of Christian Schraft’s caliber and experience join LightTech/Light-Sources. Our company is entering a very exciting era that comes with its own unique set of challenges, risks and rewards. We need a new generation of leadership to successfully navigate the changing market place and implement a long-term strategy to take advantage of existing and future market opportunities. Christian is a technology visionary with a proven track record of execution. His strong scientific background coupled with his knowledge of the lighting industry and his acute business intelligence makes him a perfect candidate as the future CEO of LSI/LT.
Mr. Schraft joins the LightTech/Light-Sources team from Feilo-Sylvania where he had served as Global Group CEO most recently. He has 15+ years of leadership experience in the multi-national lighting industry environment and has also previously served in various high-ranking leadership roles within the German based Osram Group.
Mr. Schraft at the time of this announcement stated “I am honored that Mr. Sauska has selected me to succeed him as CEO of LightTech/Light-Sources, a role that he has held for the past 35 years.
