CeramTec 3rd Annual Military Armor Protection Sponsor


June 30, 2008 - Laurens, SC CeramTec North America (CTNA) was recently a proud sponsor of the 3rd Annual Military Armor Protection in Alexandria, Virginia. The Institute of Defense and Government Advancement (IDGA) holds this event with the purpose of advancing vehicle and body armor protection in an asymmetric environment.

CeramTec has over a century of history manufacturing critical application commercial and government ceramic products in Its 175,000 sq ft ISO certified manufacturing facility located in Laurens, SC.

Brad Morgan, CeramTec's Armor Division Program Manager, was the luncheon speaker on the first day of the IDGA event. He presented a braod overiew of CeramTec's materials, expertise and manufacturing capacities.
