WHAT: Derek Hammill, Analytical Chemist at Carestream Health, will present “Quantitative Evaluation of Non-Uniform Coating” at the AIMCAL R2R Conference. The session will detail Carestream’s augmentation of its manual inspection system with a digital system for the evaluation of subtle irregularities in roll-to-roll coatings. The study tracked the impact of minor process variations to determine the benefits of pursuing larger process changes.
