Callidus TrueComp Best-of-Breed Software and Service Virtual Training Accessible Anywhere, Anytime for Global Compensation Professionals
SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 1 -- Callidus Software Inc. (NASDAQ:CALD), the leader in Enterprise Incentive Management (EIM), today announced Callidus Virtual Training, offering, a live, online, virtual training center for administrators and users of Callidus Software's best-of-breed TrueComp(R) Manager software. Scheduled to go live December 2006, Callidus Virtual Training will offer regularly scheduled live TrueComp classes to be hosted from Callidus' state-of-the-art training center located in Austin, Texas.
Prior to the live launch, the Callidus Virtual Training was made available for demonstration to more than 400 Callidus customers and partners attending the Callidus TrueConnection(TM) (CTC) User Conference 2006 running through Wednesday, November 1 at the Arizona Biltmore Resort and Spa in Phoenix, Arizona.
Using a state-of-the-art Virtual Training Management System, Callidus Professional Development Services will be able to train users remotely without losing any of the hands-on functionality that is offered in the live classroom. Students will have the ability to log into scheduled Callidus virtual training sessions, attend classes, and complete courseware, labs, and exercises remotely from anywhere in the world. The advanced virtual technology will also allow customers and partners to have access to the Callidus training environment to refresh, enhance, or gain additional product knowledge.
Callidus' Virtual Training expands Callidus traditional training offerings to include live, virtual, remote training accessible from anywhere, with a virtual 'sandbox' that provides a safe and secure training environment. In addition, Callidus Virtual Training will offer regularly scheduled virtual certification exams, and self-paced study tools, including a hands-on training lab environment and continually updated pre-recorded training modules. As with all Callidus training offerings, users can rely on instructor assistance and mentorship.
