CACI and Network Equipment Technologies, Inc. Announce Strategic Alliance to Provide Fully Integrated Telecommunications Support

Combined Capabilities Bring Enhanced Level of Technical Support to Both Government and Commercial Clients

ARLINGTON, Va. and FREMONT, Calif., June 6 -- CACI International Inc (NYSE:CAI) and telecommunications equipment maker Network Equipment Technologies, Inc. (NET) (NYSE:NWK) today announced a new service- delivery alliance for support services related to NET's product line. Under the new arrangement, the two companies join forces to provide fully integrated telecommunications support for networking equipment sold by NET, with CACI providing service that includes on-site field maintenance and technical assistance center support. The new alliance positions CACI to expand the services it provides in its systems integration area of business.

Prior to this new alliance, CACI has been the exclusive provider of maintenance services for NET products used at more than 35 federal agencies, while NET has provided services to commercial customers. At the same time, both companies have maintained an infrastructure to meet overlapping requirements. The new agreement realigns service responsibilities to allow each company to build on core competencies, eliminate redundancies, and increase efficiency. The result offers significantly added value for customers, as the two companies can together provide the highest level of support to both government and commercial enterprise clients.

CACI has a breadth of experience in developing and implementing enterprise-wide network, telecommunications, and technical support services for its federal clients and managing complex, large-scale communications networks. NET is a leader in multi-service network exchange solutions, providing secure voice and data communications for federal agencies and enterprises. This new, enhanced relationship provides CACI and NET with the flexibility necessary to offer customers complete solutions best suited to their unique requirements.

According to Randy Fuerst, CACI's Executive Vice President for Enterprise Technologies and Services, "CACI constantly explores initiatives to add value to the solutions we provide our clients. With our NET alliance, we expand the core competencies of both organizations by focusing on services. We are excited about the new products NET is bringing to the market and view this relationship as a new opportunity for both companies to better serve our clients."

Nick Keating, NET's Chief Executive Officer, states: "We are committed to providing our customers with outstanding levels of support. This alliance with CACI allows us to better optimize our resources in order to more effectively deliver these services to customers worldwide. We can continue to leverage CACI's long history of providing the federal government with IT services and utilize that same expertise for our enterprise customers."
