CACI and Auto-trol Technology Form Strategic Alliance to Provide Enhanced Configuration Management Solutions


CACI Services Combine With Auto-trol Certified Software for Better Federal Management

Denver, CO - Dec 21, 2005 (PRN): CACI International Inc (NYSE: CAI) and Auto-trol Technology announced that they have formed a strategic alliance through which CACI will resell and provide technical support services for Auto-trol's suite of configuration management (CM), data management, and technical illustration systems. The companies expect to market their combined solutions to help federal clients better manage software development initiatives and network and infrastructure support projects. The alliance supports CACI's core systems integration and network services business areas.

Auto-trol's offerings include KONFIG Configuration Management, an integrated CM, data and document management, and workflow system; KONFIG Network Manager, a central data repository for modeling enterprise-wide data, voice, and video networks; and Tech Illustrator, an electronic publishing solution enabling compliance with military and commercial standards.

The KONFIG CM product is certified as "four-star" by the Institute of Configuration Management, representing its highest rating for comprehensive new CMII standards. The product can also be used to help clients meet internationally recognized criteria for quality assurance (ISO 9000), software development (SEI Capability Maturity Model), and electronic and records management.

CACI will leverage its proven technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of both the federal technology environment and its clients' vital missions to provide a complete solution for government clients. The combination of CACI services and Auto-trol products will enable federal managers to meet best practice standards for projects ranging from technology upgrades in support of homeland security and national defense, to programs that meet the government's transformation goals for improving business processes.
