C-COR Continues to Expand Presence in European Market with Technetix Agreement

Collaboration with One of Europe's Largest Broadband and Telecommunications Distributors Extends Technical and Sales Support

STATE COLLEGE, Pa.-- C-COR Incorporated (NASDAQ:CCBL) and Technetix Group Ltd. today announced an agreement under which Technetix will become C-COR's primary distributor in Europe and use its extensive engineering, logistics, and fulfillment services to support C-COR's complete line of Broadband Access products. Under the agreement, Technetix will provide product stocking and distribution, technical support and customer service, and product repair and customization. The agreement covers C-COR's cable operator customer base in Europe, except certain major accounts that will continue to be fully and directly supported by C-COR. C-COR and Technetix have also agreed to co-market and co-sell their complementary product lines in the European market. This joint effort will leverage the synergies of C-COR's access products and the Technetix end-of-line drop equipment to offer cable operators a best of class, end-to-end HFC solution.

"Technetix is one of Europe's largest cable distributors with a strong market position and a proven track record for quality and responsive service," stated Rod Peery, VP of Sales/EMEA, C-COR. "We are especially impressed with the Technetix just-in-time, e-commerce based supply solution that results in rapid delivery of products, measured in days, not weeks. We look forward to working closely with the sales and support staff from Technetix to best serve our current customer base and reach out to new customers."

"C-COR is a recognized top-tier global provider of broadband access products and a leader in innovative technology," stated Paul Broadhurst, Chief Executive Officer, Technetix. "We stand ready to apply our expertise, resources, and knowledge of the European cable market to make this an effective and successful collaboration."

C-COR has been delivering reliable and trusted products to EMEA markets for nearly five decades, establishing a track record of technology innovations. C-COR is recognized as a pioneer in On Demand deployments in Europe; as one of the first to implement policy server technology with a major European operator; and as the first in the cable industry to deploy an end-to-end 1GHz HFC access solution. C-COR's HFC access products are deployed with major cable and telco operators in Europe. These network operators are also tapping into C-COR's integrated solutions for On Demand and bandwidth and resource management to help harness revenue-generating applications such as IP telephony services, Quality of Service (QoS) management, tiered and metered data services, dynamic on demand advertising, video over IP, next-generation video provisioning, and automatic workforce dispatch.
