Boeing Signs Multi-year Contract with SSA Global

SSA ERP products continue as core enterprise resource planning solution for Boeing Commercial Airplanes
CHICAGO - March 29, 2006 - SSA Global(TM) (NASDAQ: SSAG), a leading global provider of enterprise business software and services, today announced that The Boeing Company (NYSE: BA) has contracted with SSA Global to use products from the SSA ERP application suite as the enterprise resource planning solution for the Boeing Commercial Airplanes business unit.
Under the five-year software and services renewal agreement signed in the first quarter of fiscal year 2006, SSA Global will continue to provide Enterprise Resource Planning software that supports Boeing's lean manufacturing and supply chain objectives.
