Industry leaders will gather in Chicago to share best practices and discuss industry trends

Now in its third year, the BigIdeas industry event examines the biggest issues and trends in the world of guided selling, product configuration, and sales process efficiencies.
BigIdeas 2008, planned for October 5-7, 2008 at the Sofitel Chicago Water Tower hotel, provides a forum for customers, partners, industry experts, and interested companies to discuss innovative business strategies and best practices to increase revenues, improve sales efficiency and reduce costs. The meeting keynote will be delivered by Tom Kelley, the general manager of IDEO, the widely admired design and development firm that designed the Apple mouse, the Palm V, and hundreds of other cutting edge products and services. The author of two books on innovation, Kelley will discuss insights for instilling and managing innovation in all companies.
