Barry-Wehmiller Design Group Names New Partner


ST. LOUIS - Feb. 16, 2006 - Joseph Wilhelm, Managing Partner of Barry-Wehmiller Design
Group, announces the promotion of Brian Joesten to the position of Partner, effective immediately.

Joesten joined the Design Group at its Greenville, S.C., office as a project manager in 1999, following 10 years of industry experience as a project/manufacturing engineer with several major pharmaceutical
companies. Since that time, Joesten has led the project execution and client relationship on some of the firm's most successful pharmaceutical accounts. He has consistently demonstrated exemplary leadership both internally and with clients.

In his new capacity, Joesten will report to Ray Hensel, Managing Partner of the Design Group's
National Pharmaceutical Practice, and he will operate under the direction of Chris Manley,
Partner in Charge of the firm's Greenville office.
