Atheros to Present at Upcoming Investor Conferences

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Sept. 10 -- Atheros Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATHR), a leading developer of advanced wireless solutions, today announced that Dr. Craig Barratt, president and chief executive officer, will present at the ThinkEquity Partners 5th Annual Growth Conference on Monday, Sept. 17, at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco.
On Tuesday, Sept. 18, Jack Lazar, vice president and chief financial officer, will present at the A.G. Edwards 2nd Annual Emerging Growth Conference at the New York Palace Hotel.
The presentation at the ThinkEquity conference is scheduled for Sept. 17 at 3:30 p.m. Pacific time, and the presentation at the A.G. Edwards conference is scheduled for Sept. 18 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time. Both presentations will be webcast live via the investor relations section of the Atheros website at www.atheros.com/.
