Argus-Hazco, Premier Safety & Service, Inc., AJ Abrams Company Combine Offerings Under Technical Solutions and Services, Inc.

Chesterfield, MI – Argus-Hazco is pleased to announce that AJ Abrams Company has joined the Technical Solutions and Services (TSS) family of companies as a sister organization to Argus-Hazco and Premier Safety and Services, Inc.

Technical Solutions and Services, Inc., aligns companies that offer a broad range of products and support for industrial-hygiene, respiratory, sampling, monitoring, confined space and lone-worker safety applications, promoting safety in the community and growth for its clients and investors.

Argus-Hazco and Premier Safety and Service, Inc., and AJ Abrams Company form a cohesive and collaborative trio that continues to serve and support its established base of customers while pursuing new opportunities.

“We are thrilled to be a part of the TSS family of companies,” said AJ Abrams Company president Russ Kraiterman. “We are well aware that Argus-Hazco and Premier Safety are exceptional service organizations in our industry. The great thing about this partnership is that we can now provide a more complete product offering to a wider geographical area and better serve our valued customers and future clients.”

Some of those products that AJ Abrams Company now offers include rental, personal-protection and safety equipment, fixed systems and much more. “This will enhance our ability to support entire Northeast of the United States,” added Kraiterman. “Our combined offerings will be of huge benefit to our customers, and we are already hearing that from them.”

“The addition of Russ Kraiterman and his team to our organization is another positive step toward achieving our goal of becoming the ‘go-to’ provider of products and services to an ever-wider range customers and markets,” said Larry Smith, president and CEO of Argus-Hazco. “Like Keith Varadi (CEO) at Premier, Russ adds a tremendous wealth of knowledge and experience to our business, and I am excited to be working with him as we build out our enterprise.”

AJ Abrams Company, Argus-Hazco and Premier Safety remain separate and distinct, with the same names and the same branding. All offer the same products and services that its customers have always expected. But they will also share resources and products to service the needs of its customers more efficiently and effectively.

“We joined TSS to expand our capabilities and services,” said Kraiterman, “and to partner with Argus-Hazco and Premier. Together, we can do more for our customers.”
