Acquisition Expands the Anvil EPS Solutions Platform in the Power Industry
Exeter, N.H., (Jan 8, 2019) – Anvil International, a leading North American manufacturer and supplier of products that connect, hang and support piping systems has announced it has acquired Megawatt Machine Services, LLC, of Somerset, NJ. Megawatt Machine Services provides maintenance services and replacement components for valves used in power plant, oil and gas and chemical plant applications.

Rick Laviolette, VP & General Manager of Anvil EPS, will assume overall responsibilities for the Megawatt business and will partner with their management team to expand our presence and offerings in the power generation, oil and gas, and chemical industries.
