Another Year of Expansion in 2017 for Wisconsin Oven
East Troy, WI – December 11, 2017 - Wisconsin Oven continues its leadership in the composites industry in 2017, with the design and manufacture of one of the world’s largest composite cure ovens. They also launched an updated version of the Wisconsin Oven Premium control system, a full featured data acquisition and control platform that monitors, controls and records vacuum and temperature for 200 or more data points.
Wisconsin Oven’s strong growth continues in the HQS horizontal quench line of equipment, which performs aluminum solution treatment at a lower price point and smaller footprint than traditional drop bottom style furnaces, offering quench times as short as 7 seconds, as well as full compliance with AMS2750E. With an upswing in energy prices in 2017, Wisconsin Oven experienced substantial growth in the oil and gas sector, with through increased demand for its large batch and conveyor ovens.
To accommodate the increase in equipment sales, Wisconsin Oven recently acquired a neighboring facility in East Troy, WI which adds 130,000 SF to their sprawling campus. The new facility doubles their manufacturing floor space and also adds substantial new office space to help support continued growth. In addition to utilizing the new facility in East Troy, Wisconsin Oven continues to ramp up production with Baker Furnace at the new 40,000 SF Brea, California facility, serving West Coast customers with a local manufacturing and service presence.
Wisconsin Oven is owned by Thermal Product Solutions, LLC (TPS), a leading American manufacturer of industrial ovens, furnaces, pharmaceutical sterilizers, laboratory ovens, environmental temperature chambers, and stability test chambers. Other TPS brands include Baker Furnace, Blue M, Gruenberg, Tenney/Lunaire, and Lindberg/MPH.
