Andes Coil Processors Adds Cut-to-Length Line
GARY, Indiana (May 15, 2019) – Andes Coil Processors announced toll processing services have been added to its Gary, Indiana, facility with the installation of a new cut-to-length (CTL) line. The 60-inch cut-to-length line is a fully refurbished Cincinnati CTL line.
With the addition of the cut-to-length line to the already existing 72-inch and two 60- inch slitting lines, Andes Coil Midwest expands the facility’s ability to process material to 4 lines running seven machine shifts with capabilities between .011- and .1875-inch thickness; up to 72-inch-wide master coils; and as narrow as .625-inches.
