Ampacet Installs Laboratory Blow Molding Machine in Italy to Aid Package Development
Tarrytown, NY, February 2, 2006 - Ampacet has installed a laboratory-scale extrusion blow molding machine at its color laboratory in Busto Garolfo near Milan, Italy. The new monolayer machine, which is made by Labtech Scientific, will produce small bottles for product development and color matching and will help Ampacet better understand its customers' needs and offer improved service.
David Horan, Market Development Manager at Ampacet Europe says, "the addition of the machine further strengthens our reputation and commitment to packaging in the European arena. It allows our customers to match and produce colors in the final molded article, hence reducing the speed to market for new projects."
