At the heart of each analyzer is a quartz-crystal microbalance sensor and sampling system developed by AMETEK specifically for highly accurate moisture measurements. Its non-equilibrium operation ensures a response speed that is superior to other equilibrium-dependent moisture technologies, including aluminum oxide, electrolytic and laser-based analyzers.
All of the analyzers feature an improved operator interface with keypad and display that allows quick access to all operating variables. Software-driven gas selection eliminates all manual adjustments. A single, simple menu selection is all that is needed to reconfigure the analyzers for a new gas type. These analyzers offer a standard on-line zero-verification system to confirm the sensor's baseline stability and sensitivity to low -moisture concentrations.

Model 3050-AM sets ease-of-use standard for accurate ppmv moisture analysis. It offers a remarkable combination of performance features and is ideal for monitoring various industrial gases used by the semiconductor industry. It accurately measures from 0.1ppmv to 100 ppmv and provide measurements up to 1000ppmv.
Model 5830 is ideal for critical moisture measurement applications such as high-purity or semiconductor-grade gases and is compatible with a wide range of gases from non-corrosive gases, including inerts (He, Ar, Ne, Xe, Kr) H2, O2, N2, air, to many specialty gases including sulfur hexafluoride. The Model 5830 accurately measures from 0.02 ppmv (20ppbv) to 100 ppmv. With a recommended usable range of 0.02 ppmv to 100 ppmv, it will provide measurements up to 1000ppmv.
Model 5910 set the standard for moisture analysis for ultrahigh-purity (UHP) gases used by the semiconductor industry with its ability to detect sub-part-per-billion changes in moisture concentration, while providing one of the fastest response speeds available. The Model 5910 was developed as an enhancement of AMETEK's highly successful Model 5900 trace moisture analyzer.
Model 5920 also is ideal for critical moisture measurement applications, including high-purity gas and semiconductor gases, and is compatible with all bulk, ultrahigh-purity gases, including inerts, H2, O2 and N2.
Both the 5910 and 5920 are rack mountable, making them ideal for analytical carts used in semiconductor fabrication and high-purity manufacturing facilities. Both accurately measure from 1ppbv to 150 ppbv and will provide measurements up to 2000ppbv.
