Allot Communications Announces Filing of Shelf Registration Statement


HOD HASHARON, Israel, December 9, 2010 - Allot Communications Ltd. (NASDAQ: ALLT), a leading supplier of service optimization and revenue generation solutions for fixed and mobile broadband service providers worldwide, today announced that it has filed a shelf registration statement on Form F-3 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). Under the shelf registration statement, once declared effective by the SEC, Allot may offer and sell from time to time in the future, in one or more public offerings, up to $100,000,000 of ordinary shares, warrants, debt securities or any combination thereof. The shelf registration statement also provides for the sale by certain selling shareholders of up to 3,332,203 ordinary shares solely in connection with any future offering by Allot. The specifics of any future offering, along with the prices and terms of any such securities offered by Allot and the selling shareholders, will be determined at the time of any such offering and will be described in detail in a prospectus supplement filed at the time of any such offering.

Allot's shelf registration statement has been filed with the SEC but has not yet become effective, and until the registration statement is declared effective by the SEC the securities registered may not be sold, nor may offers to buy be accepted.
