AIM Computer Solutions Offers AIM Vision Users Onboarding Support for Business Continuity

Customer service initiative helps ensure production momentum is maintained

FRASER, Mich. – Sept. 10, 2019 – AIM Computer Solutions, a provider of enterprise ERP technology solutions and business process improvement consulting to discrete and repetitive manufacturers, today announced the availability of the AIM Vision onboarding project which seeks to minimize disruption in production output due to staff turnover.

Staff turnover is a reality that all companies must be prepared for. AIM’s onboarding process is designed to help staff manage the transition without disrupting production processes. In addition to meeting with the departing staff to detail their daily tasks and responsibilities, AIM staff will also train the new employee on the proper use of the AIM software solution. The onboarding consultation and training is offered to AIM Vision customers on a two-for-one hourly basis.

The onboarding processes may include how to:

  • Navigate within the AIM Vision and AIM Mobility products
  • Perform operational level AIM Vision tasks and use related AIM Mobility apps and devices
  • Use AIM Vision Help
  • Leverage additional features to help improve how the software is utilized

“Ensuring that our customers’ production is not disrupted when knowledgeable staff leave for other opportunities is an important consideration for any manufacturer,” stated AIM Director of Implementation Services Jeff Sawka. “This reasonably-priced program helps to make sure that the institutional knowledge is passed on in an efficient fashion and that business continuity is maintained, and at times, enhanced.”
