ADP Launches Network Phone ASP

HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill., Feb. 3 /- The Dealer Services Group of Automatic Data Processing Inc. (NYSE:ADP) today announced the launch of its Network Phone ASP solution at the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) 2007 Convention in Las Vegas, Nev.

ADP Network Phone ASP combines the robust applications of ADP Network Phone with the value of having ADP host the phone system at an offsite data facility. ADP was the first dealer management system provider to launch a comprehensive solution in the automotive retail marketplace. ADP builds upon this experience to deliver a comprehensive, self-sufficient phone system that provides the phones, phone lines, local and long distance phone service, equipment and software upgrades and daily maintenance for the entire system. Network Phone ASP is available with a simple, fixed monthly fee per user.

"ADP Network Phone ASP removes the headaches of upgrading and maintaining the dealership phone system," said Steve Anenen, president ADP Dealer Services. "We assure that everything is taken care of, up-to-date and working properly. This means reduced capital outlays when old technology needs to be replaced."

"It is our mission to deliver solutions to dealerships that better allow them to focus on the core of their business -- selling more cars, parts and service," said Joe Bihner, ADP division vice president of technology solutions. "ADP Network Phone ASP gets the dealership out of the phone business while continuing to deliver the benefits of cutting-edge phone technology, including many of the applications available with Network Phone."

Network Phone ASP is based on the latest Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) technology, which is uniquely positioned to replace existing phone technology systems. This means that the same network that manages your data can now deliver dealership phone service. Additionally, by converting to ADP Network Phone ASP dealerships can avoid costly upgrades to their older phone systems.

"And because it's from ADP, Network Phone ASP means seamless integration with ADP w.e.b.Suite(TM) and ADP w.e.b.CRM(TM) solutions," added Bihner.
