Aculight Moves to New Facility, Increases Manufacturing Space

Bothell, Wash., January 15, 2007 - Aculight Corporation, a leading developer of innovative laser technologies, has moved into a new corporate headquarters, increasing its floor space by 60 percent over its previous facility and consolidating its staff into one building. The move reflects the company's steady growth over the past several years and the enhancement of its manufacturing capabilities.

"Moving into our new building is a direct result of the aggressive goals we set for the company a few years ago," said CEO Don Rich. "We were determined to grow in staff and revenue, and to evolve from an R&D company to a product development and manufacturing company. We're proud to have met our significant milestones, and as a consequence we needed more manufacturing space. This is a great step forward in establishing Aculight as a leading manufacturer of lasers and optical systems for the aerospace, defense and medical markets."

The new facility is located just two miles from the previous Aculight location and features approximately 50,000 square feet of combined office, laboratory and manufacturing space. Just a few of the products that Aculight will produce there include the company's proprietary Perseus(tm) pulsed fiber lasers, Argos(tm) optical parametric oscillator, and Capella(tm) optical neural stimulator. Aculight will also OEM manufacture laser-based products for partner companies.
