ACS Industries Increases China Plant Capacity for Airbag Filters & Exhaust Components
ACS industries, Inc. has increased the manufacturing capacity at its facility in Shanghai, China. The 100,000 Sq. Ft. facility was established in 2001 and is located northeast of Pudong or about 1 hour from Shanghai city center. The plant supplies OEM and Tier 1 customers in both Europe and Asia. TS16949 registered since 2006, it manufactures filters for air bag inflators and various knitted wire mesh components for exhaust systems. ACS expects its business in Asia to grow significantly in the future and will exhibit at the 2008 Bejing Auto Show in April.
